Shipping policy

How long will my order take to arrive? 

All items that we have in stock in the SwimWild shop will be posted via Royal Mail First Class. We always aim to ship orders within 2 working days of receiving your order. Please note that due to our location (Scottish Highlands), it can take slightly longer for items to reach their destination – we expect all items to arrive with you within 3 working days of being posted.

We also occasionally have special pre-orders for certain items (e.g. new books & SwimWild robes). Order deadlines and/or estimated dispatch dates should be visible on the individual item pages. 

IMPORTANT – Please note that not all items are kept in stock at SwimWild HQ. Print-on-demand items may take longer to be processed and shipped. 

Print-on-demand items include –

• Mugs
• Greeting Cards
• Art Prints 
• Clothing 

Please check the item page for estimated dispatch times. These are often limited edition items, printed especially for you by our wonderful printers and sent directly from the printers. 

Local Collection

Local collection point: Loch Insh Outdoor Centre,  Kincraig, Kingussie, PH21 1NU*

Collection times are normally in line with Loch Insh Dippers swim times - Friday mornings 8-10am or Sunday mornings from 9am (9:30am in the winter months). Please contact Fiona Hawkins via shop@swimwilduk.com to arrange collection. 

*Other collection venues are sometimes possible, including Loch Morlich on Saturday mornings, or pick up directly from the shop in Newontmore. Please contact Fiona to discuss this.
