-
The Quackpacker is not a lifesaving device.
-
The Quackpacker is filled with air that can expand rapidly if left in the sun or heat. If you’re inflating it in a cooler area or taking it out into warm conditions, please underinflate the Quackpacker.
-
Children or animals should not be placed into it at any time, on land or in water.
-
The Quackpacker is an inflatable, and as such, is at risk for tears or ruptures. Its contents are not guaranteed to stay dry or waterproof. It is recommended to store keys, wallets, phones, and anything else that can be damaged by water inside a waterproof container.
-
It is recommended to attach an In Case Of Emergency tag to your Quackpacker for emergency purposes. You can also write your ICE info in waterproof permanent marker on the Quackpacker.
-
Do not store sharp objects inside or around the Quackpacker (fishing hooks, knives, blades, metal objects with sharp corners or edges) to reduce the risk of holes and tears.
-
Because the Quackpacker was designed to float with items inside the storage compartment, it floats best with shoes or a full water bottle (or other object) placed inside the storage compartment.
-
To keep your legs tangle-free, use a long tow rope that extends 12 inches past your toes.
-
Rinse the Quackpacker after both fresh and saltwater use to keep colours bright and seams strong.
-
If the Quackpacker needs a bath, use hand or dish soap to wash it. Please do not use any harsh chemicals that may degrade the seams.
-
If you don’t need the Quackpacker to tag along for a few weeks, deflate it for safe storage.
-
You can adhere vinyl waterproof stickers to the Quackpakcer while its fully inflated and leaving them to cure overnight.
